| Frequently Asked Questions |
Why would I choose Cross Country Conversions vs. a conversion company that has been around for years? We are fairly new to the conversion market, but have been doing cabinets and interior trim for 19+ years. Our skilled staff, of 20+ employees, has access to a 12,000 sq ft, state of the art, wood manufacturing facility. Some features include cutting on a CNC Router, to finishing in one of our paint booths. We are also RVIA Certified, which means the rest of the work in your conversion, such as electrical, plumbing etc. either meet or exceed the RVIA standards. How do I get a quote?Every job is unique and designed with the owner in mind!
First we will go through a list of things to find out your needs for this space and put a quote together based on those details. We do have some basic packages available for certain models. This is available upon request. How long does it take to do a conversion?
That can vary depending on the Conversion. A more basic conversion could be completed in as little as 1 week. A more expansive Conversion could take up to 4 weeks to complete. We would be able to give you an idea of completion time & lead times per your request. Do you pick up and/or deliver the trailer?
Yes! We can do both. A mileage fee may be applied depending on the location. Please feel free to specify when requsting your quote. My Budget is tight - Can I do some of my conversion now and complete it down the road?
Absolutly! We can work with you to determine the best time line and what is most important for you currently. What kind of trailers do you do?
We can convert any type of trailer. Some examples would be: horse trailers, car trailers, bike trailers, snowmobile trailers and other recreational trailers. We can also convert buses. Do you only convert 'new' trailers? No - we can work with new and used trailers. Feel free to let us know if you have a used trailer that you would like to 'remodel.' We'd be happy to give you a free estimate!
